Dear Business Owner,
We are writing to you on behalf of the New Hanover Upper Frederick (NHUF) Elementary School Parent Teacher & Children’s Association (PTCA). Our school is located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and has over 750 students.
On May 12, 2017, the PTCA will be sponsoring a Race For Education, a fun and healthy fundraiser that focuses on our children! The funds raised will be used toward Activity Nights, Family Fun Nights, playground equipment, constructing an outdoor classroom, after school STEM program, library books, book distribution to each student, assemblies, field trip and classroom items just a name a few. We are asking for your help with our event by sending us a monetary donation to offset the cost of t-shirts for each student and in return your business name will be featured on race t-shirt. The t-shirts will advertise the companies that are promoting our kids! Your business name will show your support and promotion of our kids by being advertised on the back of the t-shirts which will be worn proudly on race day and at home.
NHUF Elementary School PTCA is a non-profit organization, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. The U.S. Tax ID number is 23-1980559. In return for your sponsorship, we will advertise your business on our race website and on our race t-shirts. Donations in any amount are accepted and appreciated!
